Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 26 August 2026

BidClock sells a fixed quantity of advertising time, delivered immediately. This page says plainly when you get money back and when you don't.

What you are buying, and when it's delivered

A purchase buys a set number of seconds on one clock. Delivery begins the moment the payment clears — either immediately, if you took the masthead, or at a scheduled time if you bought a place in the queue.

Because delivery is immediate and the goods are a public listing that cannot be un-shown, completed purchases are generally final. The exceptions below are real, and we honour them.

Why there is usually nothing to refund

Time you paid for is never destroyed. If another buyer takes the masthead while your seconds are still running, your unspent time is not forfeited — it moves to the front of the queue and resumes when they run out.

You can lose the position. You do not lose the time. So the usual reason someone would demand a refund on a site like this simply cannot happen here.

When we do refund

  • We remove your listing. If we take a listing down under the content rules in the Terms, we refund the portion of time that was never displayed.
  • We failed to deliver. If a fault on our side means your time is not shown at all, you get a full refund.
  • You were charged incorrectly. Duplicate charges, or a charge that doesn't match the price quoted at checkout, are refunded in full.
  • An extended outage ate your time. If the site is down long enough that you lose meaningful display time, we restore the time or refund it — your choice.

When we don't

  • Your time ran and was displayed as sold. That is the product working.
  • Someone outbid you and took the masthead. Your remaining seconds were preserved and rescheduled, so nothing was lost.
  • You changed your mind after the listing went live.
  • The traffic or clicks you got were less than you hoped. We sell display time at a published rate, and make no promise about results.

Cancelling

There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Every purchase is one-off, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing that will bill you again.

Before you pay, you can abandon a checkout at any point at no cost. A quote that is never paid simply expires.

How to request a refund

Email officialvk02@gmail.com with the listing name and the link you submitted. Include the payment receipt if you have it.

  • We acknowledge within 2 business days.
  • We decide within 5 business days of your request.
  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and typically land within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments, who processed the original charge as Merchant of Record. You may also contact Dodo directly about a charge on your statement.

If you disagree

Reply to us first — most disputes are a misunderstanding of the never-destroyed rule and are settled in one email. If we still disagree, you keep every right you have under the consumer law that applies to you, and you can raise it with your bank.
